REEL2Digital Entertainment

This agreement is made between the Client ("Purchaser") and Reel2Digital Entertainment ("DJ").

1. Service Description:

Reel2Digital Entertainment agrees to provide DJ services using recorded music at the event location and time listed below.

3. Payment:

• Reservation Fee: $200 (non-refundable, goes toward total fee)

• Performance Fee: $1500

• Overtime: $300/hour (if available, due day of event)

4. Conditions:

• DJ is not liable for cancellations due to uncontrollable events (e.g. weather, accidents).

• In case of DJ cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

• Cancellations by the Purchaser within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

• If the Purchaser cancels without mutual written agreement, the full performance fee may be owed.

  
  

5. Liability:

• Purchaser is responsible for damage or injury caused by guests.- Outdoor events require shelter for DJ and gear.

• DJ may stop performance for safety reasons; payment is still required.

6. Equipment:

• 6'x6' space required

• One dedicated 15-20-amp power circuit

• Venue-related fees (parking, power, permits) are Purchaser's responsibility.

7. Other:

• This is the full agreement; changes must be in writing.

• Any bounced checks will incur a $25 fee plus a $7.50 processing charge.

• Legal action may be pursued for unpaid fees, and Purchaser is responsible for associated costs.
